How do I sign my student up for transportation?
Transportation requests must be submitted through your student’s school district. We do not process direct sign-ups.
What time will my student be picked up and dropped off?
Once your student is assigned, we’ll provide estimated pick-up and drop-off windows. Times may vary slightly as routes adjust.
What if my student is not outside at their pickup time?
Your student will be marked as a "No-Show" and the driver will move on to the next stop.
What happens if my student is marked as a No-Show?
If a student is marked as a "No-Show" in the morning, their afternoon trip will be canceled, and transportation becomes the parent’s responsibility. If you wish to request an exception, please contact your district’s transportation department.
Can I make changes to my student’s pick-up or drop-off location?
All changes must be submitted through the school district. We are unable to make direct changes to your student’s route.
What is the policy at drop-off if my student is in Pre-K or Kindergarten?
A parent or trusted adult must be visibly present at drop-off for all Pre-K and Kindergarten students. If no one is present, the driver will return the student to their school, and the parent will be responsible for pickup.
How will I be notified of delays, changes, or emergencies?
We send updates via text, phone, or email. Please ensure your contact info is up to date with the district and our team.
What safety measures are in place for drivers and vehicles?
All drivers undergo background checks, receive CPR/First Aid training, defensive driving training, and operate vehicles that are regularly inspected and maintained.
What should I do if I need to cancel transportation for the day?
Please text 314-815-8183 at least one-hour before your student’s scheduled pickup time.
